How is DealRadar different from the big property-data platforms?

Bulk data platforms are built for list building and raw data volume — and you pay accordingly. DealRadar is built for single-property analysis and scoring transparency. Type one address and DealRadar returns a deal score out of 100 from five weighted factors, ARV from comparable sales, the full deal math, and a distress-signal read — so you know fast whether that one property is worth pursuing. Many operators use both: a list platform to build the list, DealRadar to vet each address.

What data sources do you use?

Listing data, county tax + deed records, MLS-grade comparable-sales data, and rent-comp data. Owner information is the owner-of-record (name + mailing address) pulled from public tax-assessor records — no phone or email. Every result shows you which source each datapoint came from — no black box.

How accurate is the ARV / AVM?

Comp qualification is tighter than most consumer AVMs: ±20 years built, ±500 sqft, sold within the last 6 months, with matching bedroom and bath counts. We surface the comp set inline so you can audit it and override manually if local knowledge tells you a comp doesn't apply.

Can I bulk-process a CSV?

Not in the public DealRadar — it scans one address at a time. You type a single property address, hit Scan Deal, and get the full analysis back. There's no bulk mode or CSV upload. You can, however, download the comparable-sales table for any scan as a CSV and print the full deal report.

Can I export my results?

Yes. Every DealRadar scan lets you Print Report (the full scored analysis, deal math, and comps) and Download Comps CSV (the comparable-sales table). DealRadar is a single-address analyzer — there's no CRM push in the public product.

What's AgencyBuilder?

AgencyBuilder is our done-for-you agency setup service. We build your real estate brand identity, your conversion landing page, your CRM pipeline + automation, your follow-up workflows, your 10 phone numbers, AND we register the numbers for voice reputation. 4-6 weeks delivery. Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — Pro tier is month-to-month, cancel from your account settings without talking to anyone. Agency tier engagements have a 90-day commitment because the build phase takes 4-6 weeks; we want to ensure you get the full value. The free tier inside your account stays free indefinitely, so there&apos;s nothing to cancel there.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your property scans and saved analyses are private to your account. We never share or sell customer data. Aggregated, anonymized usage data (e.g., 'X scans/week across all customers') is sometimes used in marketing — never anything that could identify your activity.

Do you have an API?

Not publicly yet. API access is on the roadmap for late 2026 with developer documentation + a self-serve key generator. If you have a specific integration need before then, talk to us — we've built one-off integrations for AgencyBuilder customers who need DealRadar wired into their custom workflows.
