REI Data Pros ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page summarizes what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. Full legal text being finalized — what's here describes our actual practice.

Data we collect

Account info (name, email, phone), property scan inputs (addresses you scan), scan results (cached for your re-use), payment info via our payment processor (Stripe), and usage analytics (which features you use, anonymized at the aggregate level for product decisions).

Data we never sell

We do NOT sell your property scans, your saved analyses, or your contact information to third parties. Period. Customer data stays customer data.

Data we share

Only with the upstream data providers necessary to fulfill your scans (listing data, county records, rent-comp data, owner-contact sources). Each provider has their own privacy policy you agree to by using DealRadar.

Your rights

Request your data export, request deletion, or contest any use we make of your data by emailing hello@reidatapros.com. We respond within 30 days as required by GDPR / CCPA.
