Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of REI Data Pros (also referred to as REIDataPros), including our websites, applications, and services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you accept these terms on its behalf.

The service

REI Data Pros provides software and services for real estate investors and operators. This includes DealRadar (property scoring, comparable sales, owner records, and distress comps and owner records), InkDesk (electronic signatures for contracts), and REIDP CRM (agency setup), along with done-for-you outbound services provided through REI Lead Pros. REI Calculators and MarketPulse are in development and become available when released.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.

Plans and billing

Self-serve plans are Starter, Growth, and Pro, available month to month or annually and billed through Stripe. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of DealRadar runs and InkDesk sends that refills on your billing anniversary. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and annual plans are billed once per year. Prices and plan contents may change with notice, and any change takes effect on your next billing term rather than the term you have already paid for.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a Starter, Growth, or Pro subscription at any time from your account settings, and your access continues to the end of the paid period. Agency build engagements through REI Lead Pros run on a 90-day minimum commitment because of the multi-week build phase. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial periods.

Acceptable use

Use the service for legitimate real estate business, such as acquiring, listing, comping, or valuing property. Do not use it for stalking, harassment, unauthorized solicitation, or any unlawful purpose. Owner and contact data is for property acquisition outreach only, not personal background research. If you place outbound calls or messages, you are responsible for following all applicable laws, including the TCPA and state and federal Do Not Call rules.

Data accuracy

Property data, valuations, and owner records come from public records and third-party sources and are provided as is. They may be incomplete or out of date. Our outputs are tools for your own analysis, not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Verify information independently before you act on it.

Intellectual property

We own the platform, software, and content we provide. You keep ownership of the inputs and documents you submit, and you grant us the rights we need to operate the service and produce your results.

Third-party services

The service relies on third parties, including Stripe for payments and various property and contact data providers. Your use of those features is also subject to the relevant provider terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the extent allowed by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, REI Data Pros is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to cover claims and costs that arise from your misuse of the service or your violation of these terms or the law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration in Florida, except that either party may seek relief in small claims court where eligible.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When changes are material, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
