We built these tools to find and close more deals, then put them together as one platform: property scoring, deal math, comps, and owner of record in a single subscription. Most REI software is built by software people who have never picked up the phone and tried to convince a probate-listed homeowner to sell to a stranger. The result: tools that look beautiful in demos and fall apart on the dialer floor. Filters that don't match real lead-quality patterns. Workflows designed for the engineer's mental model, not the wholesaler's.
REI Data Pros is the inverse. Every feature is proven on a real dialer floor before it ships.If callers can't close more deals with it, it doesn't go to customers. The distress signals we auto-detect came from analyzing the calls that actually converted across millions of outbound dials with our partner REI Lead Pros. The MAO calculator? Built by an acquisition manager who'd ground through hundreds of spreadsheet models.

Our team begins cold-calling for real-estate investors out of South Florida — the work that becomes our partner, REI Lead Pros. First three clients came from a BiggerPockets forum post.
100th client
Past 100 active clients. We build the first version of a lead-quality dashboard — the seed of what becomes DealRadar's scoring engine.
1,000th client
Over 1,000 REI operators served. The tools we'd built for our own callers were beating what clients could buy off the shelf.
Proven tools, packaged
Beta-tested AgencyBuilder (then unnamed) with 30 clients. A repeatable five-week build locks in: brand identity → CRM → phones → live.
REI Data Pros launches
We package the software as its own all-in-one platform — new brand, new domain. DealRadar v1 ships to early clients in private beta.
Public early-access
DealRadar live in production, AgencyBuilder live, more tools on the way — all in one subscription. 1,400+ clients served; $20M+ in deal volume traced to leads generated.
